• Job Posting Access: Right to ask the board to publish up to eight transformation-related roles or project briefs per calendar year. Only if a posting results in a signed contract (employment or B2B) you agree to contribute a success fee of 3 % of the first-year gross salary / contract value (capped at €4 000) to the EBTHub. This fee is treated as a cost-sharing donation that supports platform maintenance

We welcome legally registered entities that share our mission of responsible transformation, including:

• Private companies (EEA/UK or global with EU presence)

• Public-sector bodies & universities

• Foundations and other non-profits

• Professional associations and chambers

Exclusions: entities whose primary activity is lobbying for a single government, or organisations under EU sanctions.

Your Partner Membership becomes active as soon as:

1. The Board issues a written acceptance (email), and

2. We receive the first annual contribution into the EBTHub’s bank account.

Effect runs from the activation date until December 31 of the same calendar year and renews automatically for one-year terms unless either party gives written notice at least four weeks before year-end. This avoids any implied long-term contractual lock-in disallowed for partners.

We aim to make membership accessible while ensuring the highest value for our community.

For members that join before 31 December 2025 a special introductory package is available for the year 2025 and 2026 of your Sponsor Membership.

From 1 January 2026 the standard annual membership fee for Sponsor Membership is 999 EUR.
