This disclosure applies to the EBTHub organization and its online magazine, the European Business Transformation Review (EBTR).

Association Purpose :

(1) The Association, whose activities are not aimed at profit, pursues the following purposes:

(a) Research, development, teaching, as well as basic and advanced training, particularly in the field of holistic corporate management, strategic transformation processes, and the adaptation of innovative technologies and methods for the modernization of organizations.

(b) The promotion of the exchange of experience, interests, and knowledge regarding methods of corporate development, interim management, and business consulting, as well as the impact of technological change on the economy and society.

(c) The promotion of cooperation between practitioners (particularly experts in change processes) and the scientific community for the development of sustainable organizational models.

(d) To contribute to increasing the adaptability and resilience of companies, NPOs, and public administration units.

(e) To promote the professional reputation and visibility of its members as experts in transformation processes, particularly through support for collaborative research and development projects in the form of innovation platforms (Labs) as well as the presentation of the resulting outcomes and forward-looking solutions

According to § 3 of the Association's statutes, these purposes are explicitly achieved through non-material means, including the implementation of specialized projects and the publication of Association media and publications.

Editorial Line : The European Business Transformation Review (EBTR) is an online magazine dedicated to evidence-based, independent, non-commercial transformation research.
